Clinical Training Program Field Specialist - CO/UT/NM/TX

Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage event types within Organonโs Clinical Training Programs (CTPs) per the CTP Reference Manual.
- Instruct licensed healthcare professionals on reviewing the prescribing label and provide hands-on simulation for insertion, localization, removal, and reinsertion of Organonโs birth control implant product.
- Execute regulatory guidelines for the CTP, including required program disclosures (e.g., program developed and trainers engaged by Organon).
- Organize the end-to-end process to set up, execute, and complete CTP events.
- Collaborate with the CTP team, training request points of contact, the Clinical Account Specialist sales team, Regional Manager, and other commercial team members.
- Collaborate with a third-party vendor.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- 1โ2 years professional experience in sales, healthcare, life sciences, or a scientific field (a plus).
- High customer service; experience supporting field sales teams or healthcare providers; event planning or training coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of compliance concepts governing pharmaceutical/vaccine marketing and sales activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Territory/Travel:
- Live in/near Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, or west Texas; travel up to 50%.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Annualized salary range (US): $52,000.00โ$88,400.00.
