Responsibilities encompass developing strategic and operational plans for clinical supplies, engaging with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Sciences, Regulatory, CMC), managing supply forecasting (SAP, Excel), and leading supply issue escalation and process improvements. For Protocol Managers, focus is on establishing trial timelines, authoring supply sections of protocols, and risk analysis; for Program Managers, oversight extends to bulk drug supply, budget management, and leading clinical supply teams. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in science or business (MS/MBA preferred), with at least 8 years in project management and 3+ years in clinical supply planning or related areas. Essential skills involve demand planning, supply chain management, stakeholder negotiation, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP; familiarity with GMP, quality procedures, and data visualization is preferred. The role emphasizes strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in drug development, production, distribution, and team leadership advantageous. This is a 12-week fellowship position for transitioning service members, aligned with DoD SkillBridge, based in the US or Puerto Rico, with no employment benefits provided.
