Role: Clinical Supply Chain Project Manager (CSPM) within GCS, responsible for translating clinical study demand into supply plans and ensuring timely delivery of clinical materials. Responsibilities: design strategic and operational plans for assigned protocols or programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Sciences, Regulatory, CMC), manage forecasting tools (SAP), oversee clinical supply activities including sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution, and lead risk mitigation efforts. Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders at the protocol or program level, chair program teams, and support process improvements. Requirements: Bachelorβs in science or related field; 8+ years project management experience, including 3+ years in clinical supply planning or coordination; proficiency in MRP systems, demand planning, and MS Office; strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Preferred: experience with SAP, GMP, data analytics, and leading teams. High-value: focus on clinical supply chain for early to late-phase trials, managing both marketed and non-marketed products, with emphasis on risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization. Work setup: fellowship program, duration 12 weeks, for transitioning military service members, with no specified travel requirements.
