Clinical Scientist Director

Role: Lead scientific design and interpretation of pivotal late-stage immunology clinical trials (Phase IIb/III), driving evidence generation to inform benefit-risk assessments and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities: develop innovative trial strategies, provide scientific leadership, ensure data integrity and safety evaluation, collaborate across functions (Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory), contribute to regulatory documentation, support medical monitoring, analyze evidence to guide decision-making, and shape therapeutic area standards. Requirements: PhD or PharmD (or equivalent), 5+ years in pharmaceutical clinical development, with experience in multi-country Phase II/III trials in immunology.
