Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and interpret emerging clinical trial data while ensuring data integrity, ethical conduct, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner to develop key strategic documents, including eCRFs, clinical study plans, protocols, and reports.
- Contribute to review/presentation of regulatory document clinical sections (e.g., Investigators’ Brochures, briefing books, safety updates, IND/NDA materials, protocols, informed consents, statistical analysis plans, approval submissions, SAE/NSAEs, and responses to Health Authorities).
- Stay current on standards of practice in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Support data review (data cleaning through database lock; safety/response reconciliation; review medical coding of AEs; laboratory data and concomitant meds accuracy/coherence/consistency/trends; review tables/listings/figures and clinical study reports).
- Build relationships with investigators and coordinators to optimize study design, execution, reporting, and publications.
- Support trial-related meetings (advisory boards, investigators, safety monitoring) and study team training.
- Coordinate real-time access to quality clinical data (safety, efficacy, PK, biomarkers) for consolidated Senior Management updates.
- Forecast internal/external trial resource needs.

Qualifications:
- MS, RN, PhD, or PharmD with 3+ years clinical study planning/execution/reporting/publishing experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
- Desirable: oncology or autoimmune clinical trial experience; novel combinations/innovative early-phase designs; U.S. & European regulatory submissions experience; experience/exposure to cell therapy development.
- Proven ability to write/present scientific communications with clarity, accuracy, and rigor.
- Self-motivated; strong judgment; analytical/problem-solving skills; risk identification; creative/innovative.
- Ability to work with/lead a cross-functional matrix team.
- Excellent written/oral communication for cross-functional discussions and stakeholder confidence.

Benefits/Compensation:
- Competitive employment package including annual bonus, equity, and generous benefits.
- Anticipated salary range: $130,000 - $150,000.
