Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to educate HCP customers and staff aligned with commercial objectives (prioritized customer engagements, account management where applicable, business assessment/analysis, resource utilization/impact).
- Educate targeted influence/decision makers (cardiologists and rheumatologists) to initiate Kiniksa’s approved product for patients with recurrent pericarditis.
- Provide comprehensive education on Kiniksa One Connect Patient Services and support program.
- Facilitate short- and long-term opportunities through virtual/in-person meetings, one-on-ones, small groups, peer-to-peer programs, and external presentations.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly commercial goals; meet or exceed sales performance.
- Collaborate with field sales partner teams to ensure cross-functional efficiencies.
- Represent Kiniksa externally to HCP stakeholders as a reliable, trusted source of company/product information.
- Act in a compliant manner with integrity and follow internal/external guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain expenses within assigned budget parameters.
- Document field activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of biopharmaceutical sales experience; rare disease, specialty therapeutic, and/or cardiology experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience promoting injectable or reconstitution injectable products preferred.
- Track record of sales success; highly motivated to achieve results.
- Strategic account management experience.
- Experience with Specialty Pharmacy, HUB services, and Patient Support programs.
- Working knowledge of compliant and ethical business practices.
- Consistent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently.
- Travel up to 75%–80% (primarily in assigned territory); valid driver’s license.

- Expected salary range: $180,000–$200,000 annually; Sales Incentive plan included.
