Position Summary
Clinical Research Program Managers support the Caris Operations business unit with clinical research conduct, trial enrollment services, and systems integrations. Focuses on downstream coordination and pull-through to meet business requirements and deliver on-time results. Liaison across Caris departments, the Precision Oncology Alliance (POA), and other partners.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead support activities for clinical research studies, clinical trial enrollment, and POA research initiatives.
- Ensure POA coverage teams have information to respond to site requests and address Caris Operations topics.
- Conduct site-facing presentations on study opportunities, data sharing/honest broker workflows, regulatory requirements, clinical trial matching/enrollment services, and system integrations.
- Develop and deploy strategy to meet/exceed recruitment targets for investigative sites in Caris-sponsored studies.
- Create project plans to onboard participating study sites.
- Navigate site institutional policies; drive contracting, regulatory review, and system access requirements.
- Manage project plans and successful implementation at assigned sites.
- Maintain visibility into assigned-site project status; proactively communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Participate in contract review and ensure regulatory documentation requirements are met.
- Ensure projects/initiatives/contract deliverables are documented, tracked, and reportable.
- Provide routine status reporting (project engagement status, issues, risk mitigation, success factors).
- Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- Strong business aptitude; customer-focused mindset

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet use

Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโ€™s degree (related field)
- 5+ years clinical research experience
- 2+ years project management experience
- 2+ years relationship management experience
