Clinical Research Associate II (US Open)

Role: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) focusing on site management and engagement in AbbVie's clinical trials, primarily in immunology, oncology, or neuroscience therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, conduct site evaluations, training, monitoring, and closure activities ensuring GCP compliance, data integrity, patient safety, and study performance; develop site engagement strategies, mentor less experienced CRAs, and facilitate site recruitment and retention; monitor risk and ensure audit readiness; identify and qualify new investigators/sites; oversee investigator payments. Requirements: tertiary health-related qualification (medical/scientific/nursing), minimum 1 year of clinical research experience including 6 months in trial monitoring, knowledge of risk-based monitoring, GCP, and therapeutic areas; strong collaboration, organizational, communication, and technology skills; demonstrated integrity and self-motivation. Preferred: experience with investigational drugs or devices, regulatory knowledge, and site relationship management. High-Value: site management, GCP compliance, risk assessment, investigator qualification, in immunology/oncology/neuroscience; clinical trial monitoring in early or late phases; global/regulatory insight.
