Field based/remote. Candidates must reside in the Little Rock, Arkansas or Dallas, Texas area and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for investigative sites; provide trial context, connect stakeholders, and strengthen AbbVieโ€™s positioning.
- Under supervision, align, train, and motivate site staff and principal investigator on trial program, protocol, and patient treatment principles.
- Conduct site evaluation/training/routine/closure monitoring under supervision in compliance with protocol, monitoring plans, regulations, GCP, ICH, AbbVie SOPs, and quality standards to protect subjects.
- Customize site engagement strategy for assigned study(ies); gather local/site insights using tools (e.g., CRM) to track progress and impact.
- Support protocol execution: assess recruitment/retention based on patient journey; build knowledge of therapeutic area/asset landscape.
- Proactively perform risk assessment; with Central Monitoring, monitor site activities to detect early study performance or patient safety issues.
- Ensure preventative/corrective action plans are implemented to mitigate risk and promote compliance (customer-centric).
- Identify/evaluate/recommend new investigators/sites under supervision (with support from experienced CRAs).
- Ensure quality and timely submission of site data, including safety reporting and follow-up.
- Maintain audit/regulatory inspection readiness; manage investigator payments per contract.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (health-related preferred).
- Clinically related experience, preferably clinical research coordination or data management.
- Preferred: knowledge of therapeutic area indications; understanding of scientific concepts in clinical trials.
- Knowledge of regulatory/legal requirements, ICH/GCP, and applicable policies.
- Collaboration, planning/organizational skills; ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to use technology/tools for customer-centric site support and to apply good judgment.
- Strong communication (written/verbal/presentation/active listening) and relationship-building.
- Integrity and self-motivation; timely, quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
