Role: Clinical Research (CRA/Site Manager). Accountable for performance and compliance for assigned protocols and sites in a country.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure study conduct complies with ICH/GCP and country regulations, company policies, quality standards, and adverse event reporting requirements.
- Act as primary site contact and site manager across all phases; manage assigned sites.
- Develop/expand territory by identifying and developing new sites.
- Serve as SME for monitoring processes/systems in internal workstreams.
- Build and maintain site relationships; support site selection/validation.
- Conduct remote/on-site monitoring to ensure data integrity and subject rights/safety/well-being.
- Perform visit types (validation, initiation, monitoring, close-out) and timely, accurate visit/non-visit reports.
- Collect/review/monitor regulatory documentation for start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
- Communicate with investigators/site staff on protocol conduct, recruitment/retention, deviations, regulatory needs, audits/inspections, and site performance.
- Identify/resolve quality/compliance issues and escalate per defined pathway.
- Manage documentation in CTMS/eTMF and other systems; support audits/inspections and co-monitoring as needed.

Travel: ~65–75% (about 2–3 days/week). Driver’s license required.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Associate’s (scientific/healthcare) + 5 years relevant healthcare experience, including 2+ years direct site management (bio/pharma/CRO); OR Bachelor’s+ + 2+ years.
- Fluent local language(s) and English (verbal/written). Knowledge of clinical research, GCP/ICH, country clinical laws/guidelines.
- Good documentation practices; strong site management/monitoring skills and independent judgment; strong IT skills.
