Candidate must reside in: Alabama, Georgia, Colorado, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maryland, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of study conduct with ICH/GCP, country regulations, sponsor SOPs/policies, quality standards, and adverse event reporting.
- Act as primary site contact/site manager across all phases; manage assigned sites.
- Develop new clinical sites/expand territory per country strategy; support site selection/validation.
- Perform remote and on-site monitoring/oversight to ensure data integrity and subject rights/safety.
- Conduct visits (validation, initiation, monitoring, close-out) and timely, accurate contact reports.
- Collect/review/monitor regulatory documentation for start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
- Communicate with investigators/site staff on protocol conduct, recruitment/retention, deviations, audits/inspections, and site performance.
- Identify/resolve site quality/compliance issues; escalate via defined pathway.
- Maintain documentation in CTMS/eTMF; support audits/inspections and appropriate co-monitoring.
- Serve as process SME/buddy/mentor and share best practices.

Core expectations/skills:
- Fluent local language(s) and English; strong communication.
- Strong GCP/ICH and country law knowledge; good documentation practices.
- Proven site management/monitoring with independent judgment; strong IT (MS Office and clinical systems); ability to analyze metrics and perform root-cause/preventive/corrective actions.

Experience/Education:
- Associate’s in scientific/healthcare field + 5+ years relevant experience with 2+ years direct site management/monitoring in bio/pharma/CRO; OR Bachelor’s (or above) + 2+ years direct monitoring/site management.

Travel/License:
- 65%–75% travel (~2–3 days/week); valid driver’s license required.

- Salary range: $96,200–$151,400; annual bonus/long-term incentive if applicable; medical/dental/vision, retirement (401(k)), paid time off.
