Clinical Representative – Monarch Urology (Orange County, CA)

Purpose
- Provide procedural support and clinical education for the MONARCH Platform for Urology to enable diagnostic and therapeutic procedures across the urinary tract.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise in hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
- Support account development to build clinical confidence and drive system/disposable utilization.
- Assist with product/clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education.
- Identify educational opportunities to improve proficiency, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.
- Partner with Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director on business objectives, account plans, and referral development.
- Liaise between customers and internal teams; escalate issues and report complaints/technical concerns.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone treatment workflows and best practices.
- Ensure professionalism, service, and compliance in customer interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years relevant experience (or associate degree/medical certification + 5+ years).
- Required: clinical, medical device technical and/or sales, procedural support, OR, or healthcare-related experience.
- Required: ability to communicate technical/clinical concepts to physicians/staff; strong customer service/organization/collaboration.
- Required: hospital credentialing and customer access compliance.
- Required: work in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments, including live patient cases and PPE.
- Required: travel up to 90% within territory (including overnight); valid driver’s license.
- Required: ability to work in regulated environments.
- Preferred: urology/endourology/surgical robotics or another highly technical procedural specialty.
