Responsibilities:
- Identify, foster, and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers (MDs, NPs, PAs, Pharmacists) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to communicate and advance Neurocrine science aligned with corporate strategy
- Support scientific congresses, train faculty for speakerβs bureau, and be a resource for medical and scientific inquiries
- Support educational programs and engagement with patient advocacy groups, community-based mental health networks, and/or long-term care (LTC) facilities
- Identify and foster strong relationships with local, regional, and national KOLs
- Develop relationships within national and state level professional organizations (e.g., APNA, AANN, GAPNA, AAPA, ASCP) and partner to support education
- Present disease-state education upon request during patient advocacy events (e.g., MHA, NAMI)
- Stay current on latest literature and research within the therapeutic area
- Plan and execute regional and national education programs based on KOL input
- Identify and recommend research/project sites
- Identify and communicate educational opportunities and market developments to internal partners
- Serve as a scientific resource for HCPs/KOLs and internal Neurocrine personnel
- Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Identify gaps in knowledge across practice settings and providers
- Attend, support, and provide insights from relevant medical/nursing congresses
- Identify gaps in Advanced Practice Provider training and assessment (e.g., with academic programs)
- Provide feedback and recommendations for resources to support CPLs (e.g., slides, publications)
- Enter customer interactions into the MSL System of Record in a timely manner
- Complete assignments and reports by deadlines
- Perform responsibilities with the highest ethical standards, including FDA guidelines, Pharma Code, and healthcare compliance/SOPs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Masterβs degree (NP, CNS, PA or equivalent) and 4+ years of similar experience OR PhD/DNP/PharmD and 2+ years of similar experience
- Knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and familiarity with broader business concepts
- Ability to improve tools and processes within the functional area
- Ability to build internal reputation in area of expertise
- Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams; exhibit leadership skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to see the broader picture and impact multiple departments/divisions
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines across projects/programs with high accuracy and efficiency

Benefits (as stated):
- Annual base salary: $160,900.00β$220,000.00
- Annual bonus (target 30% of earned base salary) and eligibility for equity-based long-term incentive program
