Role: Clinical Pharmacology Lead supporting Pfizer's Internal Medicine portfolio, specializing in model-informed drug development (MIDD). Responsibilities: provide clinical pharmacology expertise for study design, dose selection, and regulatory interactions; design and oversee clinical pharmacology plans, integrate PK/PD data, and contribute to regulatory documents; act as representative on multidisciplinary teams; ensure best practices in clinical pharmacology and MIDD; stay current with literature and regulatory standards; influence external scientific communities. Qualifications: MD/PhD or PharmD with 0+ years industry experience; strong quantitative skills in PK/PD modeling (e.g., NONMEM, R); excellent communication and leadership capabilities; experience in clinical pharmacology within biopharma, especially across early to late-stage development.
