Clinical Packaging Operator Technician

Role: Clinical Packaging Technician supporting clinical supply operations at Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on packaging, labeling, inspection, and preparation of clinical trial materials. Responsibilities: perform filling, capping, sealing, and labeling of vials, bottles, and other containers; conduct in-process sampling, inspect labels and products, document activities accurately; prepare shipments and assist in equipment qualification and validation; perform visual inspection of parenteral products, maintain GMP compliance, and ensure safety and quality standards. Requirements: associate degree or equivalent (or 4+ years CGMP industry experience); proficiency with computer systems (e.g., SAP); ability to follow SOPs, GMP regulations, and safety protocols; physical capability for routine manual tasks including lifting and bending; annual gown/respirator training for handling potent compounds; passing visual inspection qualification, including eye exams. Preferred: experience with clinical supply packaging in biotech/pharma, familiarity with GMP regulations, and prior validation activities.
