Role: Clinical Nurse Educator within UroGen's sales organization, focusing on educating healthcare professionals on the safety, efficacy, and proper use of UroGen's urothelial and urologic cancer products. Responsibilities: deliver non-CME educational programs, train practices on product handling and patient selection, serve as medical information expert, address product-related queries, and maintain detailed account records. Collaborate with sales managers to develop regional business plans. Requirements: B.A./B.S., active healthcare license in at least one state, minimum 3 years clinical critical care experience, over 5 years in CNE, strong interpersonal skills, valid driver’s license, ability to travel up to 60%, excellent communication skills. Preferred: prior pharma or nursing experience, presentation skills, proximity to airport. High-Value: uro-oncology focus, critical care background, regional education, medical information expertise, travel-intensive role. Work setup: field-based, travel up to 4 nights/week, attendance at medical/nursing meetings, responsible for travel logistics and expense reporting.
