Patient Advocacy
Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) responsibilities:
- Drive peer-to-peer clinical exchanges that clarify patient identification and management complexities and optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide a continuum of clinical education/support for HCPs starting/continuing BMS hematology and oncology medicines; educate on unmet disease needs and current treatment landscape.
- Develop relationships with academic/community HCPs and use approved materials via 1:1, group, and remote channels.
- Assess treatment and patient management landscape; use on-label CNC resources; respond to HCP questions with accuracy/compliance.
- Evaluate impact of CNC activities and adjust plans based on account data/dashboard.
- Adapt quickly to educational gaps; share clinical insights internally.
- Deliver educational speaker programs and in-services; provide CAR T product demonstrations/infusion support.
- Support internal training (e.g., Commercial, Value Access & Payment) and participate in Medical Congress activities.

Qualifications/experience/skills:
- APP (DNP/APRN/NP/CNS) or MSN or BSN; minimum 5 years hematology/oncology clinical experience.
- Nurse Educator experience in bio/pharma preferred.
- Current active Nursing License; OCN Certification.
- Clinical depth in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy.
- Strong business acumen; advanced communication/presentation skills; ability to transfer expertise and influence protocols; collaboration; established HCP relationships.

Essential requirements:
- Field-based; travel ~50–75%; must fly/drive within/out of territory. Valid state driver license and clear driving record. Ability to work nights/weekends.
