Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) β€” Oncology Field Medical

Role Responsibilities:
- Drive peer-to-peer interactions that deliver end-to-end clinical exchanges to clarify patient identification and management complexities.
- Provide a continuum of clinical education/support for HCPs starting/continuing BMS hematology/oncology medicines; optimize patient management and treatment duration.
- Educate on unmet disease needs and the current treatment landscape.
- Develop relationships with hematology/oncology Patient Support Groups to present approved education.
- Maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs in assigned geography; provide clinical/product education using approved materials (1:1, group, remote).
- Assess treatment/patient management landscape with HCPs; demonstrate on-label CNC resources; respond to HCP questions in compliance with ethical/legal/local procedures.
- Evaluate impact of CNC activities; monitor dashboard/account data and adjust plans.
- Deliver educational speaker programs and in-services; provide product demonstrations and CAR T infusion support for new starts.
- Support internal training and participate in Medical Congress activities.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- APP (DNP/APRN/NP/CNS) or MSN or BSN; minimum 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
- Nurse Educator experience in bio/pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- Current active Nursing License.
- OCN certification.
- Clinical depth in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy.

Skills/Competencies:
- Business acumen; strong communication/presentation; ability to transfer expertise and influence protocols; collaboration; established HCP relationships.

Essential/Work Requirements:
- Field-based; travel ~50–75%; willingness to fly/drive in/out of territory.
- Valid driver license, clear driving record; company car provided.
- Ability to work nights/weekends as needed; comply with laws/regulations/policies.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- US $142,710–$172,927 (FTE); additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
