Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) (Field-based)

Responsibilities:
- Drive peer-to-peer clinical exchanges that clarify patient identification/management to optimize outcomes.
- Provide end-to-end clinical education and support for HCPs starting/continuing BMS hematology/oncology medicines; discuss unmet disease needs and the treatment landscape.
- Develop relationships with hematology/oncology Patient Support Groups and present approved materials.
- Develop/maintain academic and community HCP relationships in assigned geography; deliver education via 1:1, group, and remote channels using approved materials.
- Assess treatment/patient management landscape by meeting HCPs and understanding needs and protocols.
- Use on-label CNC resources/presentations; answer questions accurately and in compliance with procedures and ethical/legal guidelines.
- Evaluate impact in accounts; plan follow-up; monitor dashboards/account data; respond to educational gaps.
- In collaboration with partners, deliver speaker programs and educational in-services; provide CAR T product demonstrations/infusion support.
- Support internal training for relevant stakeholders and participate in Medical Congress activities.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- APP (DNP/APRN/NP/CNS) or MSN or BSN; minimum 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
- Nurse Educator experience in bio/pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- Current active Nursing License.
- OCN certification.
- Clinical depth in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy.

Essential:
- 50–75% travel; willing/able to fly and drive within/out of territory; valid driver license and clear record; nights/weekends as needed; comply with laws/regulations.

Skills/Competencies:
- Strong business acumen; advanced communication/presentation skills; ability to transfer expertise and influence protocols; collaboration; established HCP relationships.

Compensation & Benefits (selected):
- $142,710–$172,927 (US field, FTE).
