Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) – Oncology Field Medical

Responsibilities:
- Drive peer-to-peer interactions that optimize patient outcomes through end-to-end clinical exchanges.
- Deliver continuum of clinical education and support to HCPs starting/continuing BMS hematology/oncology medicines; optimize patient management and treatment duration.
- Educate on unmet disease needs and discuss the current treatment landscape.
- Develop relationships with hematology/oncology Patient Support Groups to present approved, approved presentations based on group-identified education needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs in assigned geography using approved materials (1:1, group, remote, etc.).
- Assess treatment and patient management landscape by meeting with HCPs.
- Use on-label CNC resources/presentations; respond to HCP questions with accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate CNC activity impact in an account and plan follow-up/next steps; adapt quickly to educational gaps.
- Monitor CNC dashboard/account data and adjust activities to meet goals.
- In collaboration with partners, deliver speaker programs and in-services for HCP customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites.
- Support internal training for commercial/value access/payment stakeholders.
- Participate in assigned Medical Congress activities; share clinical insights internally.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN.
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology disease area.
- Nurse Educator experience in bio/pharma preferred.
- Current active Nursing License.
- OCN Certification.
- Clinical depth in Hematology, Oncology and Cell Therapy.

- Business acumen; strong communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to transfer clinical expertise and influence patient management processes.
- Collaboration; established HCP relationships in assigned geography.
- Demonstrates BMS Values.

Essential Qualifications:
- Field-based; frequent travel (approx. 50–75%); fly/drive in/out of territory.
- Valid state-issued driver license and clear driving record; company car provided.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Operate in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Compensation (field-based range):
- United States: $142,710–$172,927 (plus possible incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
