Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Toxicology

Role: Technologist Trainee in the Toxicology lab, supporting specimen testing and laboratory operations. Responsibilities include assessing specimen acceptability, performing routine and complex tests per SOPs, troubleshooting instrumentation, preparing reagents, and maintaining quality control. The role also involves assisting with specimen processing and ensuring a safe work environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 3+ months of clinical lab testing preferred; proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems; attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and in teams; passing a color blindness test. Preferred qualifications include ASCP or AMT certification. High-value biopharma specifics: laboratory testing, quality control, reagent preparation, instrumentation troubleshooting, and compliance with laboratory standards.
