Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Serology

Role: Laboratory Technologist responsible for performing routine and complex testing procedures, monitoring instrumentation, and ensuring quality and accuracy of test results in a clinical lab setting. Responsibilities include specimen acceptance, troubleshooting equipment, preparing reagents, documenting quality control, and assisting with specimen processing. Requirements: Bachelor’s in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 1+ year of clinical testing experience or MLS certification; proficiency with lab information systems; attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred: 3+ months of testing experience, ASCP or AMT certification, familiarity with high-volume laboratory operations.
