Clinical Laboratory Technologist – Serology

Role: Laboratory Technologist responsible for specimen evaluation, performing routine and complex tests, troubleshooting instruments, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. Responsibilities include testing, reagent evaluation, preventative maintenance, and specimen processing to deliver accurate patient results. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 1+ year of clinical lab testing experience or MLS certification. Preferred: 3+ months of additional testing experience, ASCP or AMT certification. High-Value: Clinical lab testing, high-volume environment, shift-based work, proficiency with lab information systems, attention to detail, ability to pass color blindness test, flexibility for overtime/shifts. Work Setup: On-site in Dublin, OH, with schedule from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, rotating Saturdays; physical and technical competencies emphasized.
