Clinical Laboratory Technologist - RIA

Role: Technologist Trainee in the RIA laboratory team, focusing on specimen testing and quality assurance. Responsibilities: perform routine and complex testing procedures, monitor and troubleshoot instrumentation, prepare reagents, report accurate results, conduct quality control, and assist with specimen processing. Requirements: Bachelor's in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology field; 3+ months of lab testing experience preferred; proficiency with lab information systems; attention to detail; ability to work independently and in teams; pass color blindness test; flexibility for shifts/overtime.
