Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Microbiology

Role: Clinical Laboratory Professional responsible for specimen evaluation, performing routine and complex tests, instrument troubleshooting, and ensuring timely, accurate results to support patient care. Responsibilities include reagent preparation, quality control, preventive maintenance, and specimen processing, within a high-volume lab setting. Requirements: Bachelor's in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 1+ year of lab testing experience or MLS certification; proficiency in laboratory information systems and computers; strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills; ability to pass color vision test; flexibility for shift work. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification; experience with culture identification/susceptibility testing. High-Value: Clinical microbiology, high-volume diagnostics, specimen handling, troubleshooting, and quality assurance in a production lab environment. Work setup: onsite in Oak Creek, WI, shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday, rotating weekends; training in Dublin, OH.
