Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Hematology

Role: Laboratory Technologist responsible for specimen evaluation, performing routine and complex testing procedures, instrument troubleshooting, reagent preparation, and ensuring quality control to deliver accurate test results. Responsibilities include monitoring instrumentation, maintaining supplies, assisting with specimen processing, and adhering to safety protocols. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology, with at least 1 year of clinical lab testing experience or an MLS credential. Preferred qualifications include experience in Hematology or Morphology and certification such as ASCP or AMT. Work setup: On-site in Raritan, NJ, Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; flexibility for overtime and shift changes.
