Role: Laboratory Technologist responsible for specimen testing, instrument operation, troubleshooting, reagent preparation, and quality control in a high-volume clinical lab setting. Primary objectives include ensuring accurate, timely test results to support patient care. Responsibilities encompass specimen acceptability assessments, performing routine and complex procedures per SOPs, equipment maintenance, and processing specimens as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; Hematology MT State License. Preferred: 3+ months of testing experience, ASCP or AMT certification, proficiency with lab information systems, and experience working in high-volume labs. High-value: Clinical laboratory testing, hematology, high-volume environment, quality assurance, working independently and in teams, flexible scheduling, and physical requirements. Work setup: shifts Tuesday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, including overnight hours; full-time with benefits.
