Role: Laboratory Technologist responsible for performing routine and complex testing procedures, specimen evaluation, troubleshooting instrumentation, and ensuring quality control in a clinical laboratory setting. Responsibilities include accepting specimens, operating and maintaining lab equipment, preparing reagents, reporting accurate results, and supporting laboratory operations. Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; at least 1 year of clinical testing experience or MLS degree; proficiency with laboratory information systems; attention to detail and communication skills. Preferred: 3+ months of testing experience, ASCP or AMT certification, and experience with CBC Differentials. High-value specifics: Clinical laboratory testing environment, emphasis on specimen quality, instrumentation troubleshooting, quality assurance, and compliance with CLIA standards. Work setup: On-site in Dublin, OH, Tuesday-Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm; flexibility for overtime and shift variations.
