Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Hematology

Role: Laboratory Technologist responsible for performing routine and complex testing in a high-volume clinical lab setting, primarily in hematology, to support patient care. Responsibilities: assess specimen acceptability, operate and troubleshoot lab instrumentation, perform quality control, prepare reagents, document results, and maintain safety and supplies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; Hematology MT license (FL); proficiency with lab info systems; attention to detail and teamwork skills. Preferred: 3+ months clinical testing experience, ASCP or AMT certification. HighValue: hematology testing, CLIA compliance, high-volume environment, shift work (2 PM–10:30 PM).
