Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Role: Clinical Laboratory Professional responsible for performing routine and complex testing procedures in a high-volume clinical lab setting, ensuring specimen acceptability, instrument operation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include preparing reagents, maintaining instrumentation, reporting accurate results, and supporting specimen processing. Qualifications: Bachelor's in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 1+ year of lab testing experience or MLS certification. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification. High-Value: Diagnostic laboratory work in high-volume, production environment; shift work including nights; proficiency with laboratory information systems; attention to detail; flexibility for overtime.
