Role: Clinical Laboratory Professional responsible for performing and overseeing routine and complex testing in a high-volume clinical lab setting. Objectives include ensuring specimen acceptability, accurate testing, troubleshooting instrumentation, and maintaining quality control to deliver reliable patient results. Responsibilities encompass specimen processing, reagent evaluation, preventive maintenance, and supporting specimen processing as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a chemical or biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 1+ year of clinical testing experience or MLS credential; proficiency with lab information systems, computers, and attention to detail.
