Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Role: Senior Technologist responsible for performing routine and complex laboratory testing, ensuring specimen acceptability, and maintaining instrumentation to deliver accurate patient results. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, evaluating reagents, preparing controls, and supporting specimen processing, all within a high-volume clinical laboratory setting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science or related field; 4+ years of clinical lab experience; Florida Medical Technologist license; proficient with lab information systems; detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification. High-value: Clinical laboratory, microbiology or similar molecular testing, high-volume lab environment, emphasis on quality control and compliance. Work setup: Full-time, Monday to Friday flexible schedule in Deerfield Beach, FL, with overtime and shift flexibility; physical ability to pass color blindness test.
