Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 1+ year of clinical testing experience or MLS certification; proficiency with laboratory information systems and laboratory operations. Preferred qualifications include AT least 3 months of testing experience and an ASCP or AMT certification. High-value biopharma specifics: Focus on clinical diagnostics with emphasis on quality assurance, specimen management, and laboratory safety; applicable to diagnostic assay development and validation. Work setup: On-site in Dublin, OH; flexible shifts with rotating weekends and holidays; physical ability to meet laboratory demands. The role requires adherence to CLIA standards, knowledge of laboratory policies, and the ability to work independently or within a team to ensure accurate, timely patient test results.
