Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Core Lab

Role: Laboratory Technologist responsible for specimen evaluation, performing routine and advanced testing, instrument troubleshooting, reagent testing, and ensuring quality control to deliver accurate patient results. Responsibilities include specimen acceptance, monitoring lab equipment, troubleshooting, reagent management, reporting results, and maintaining safety and supplies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Lab Science, or Medical Technology, with at least 1 year of clinical testing experience or an MLS credential. Preferred: 3+ months of testing experience, ASCP or AMT certification. High-Value: Diagnostic laboratory environment; working within a high-volume, fast-paced setting; proficiency with laboratory information systems; attention to detail; flexibility to work nights and overtime; physical ability to pass color blindness test. Location: Dublin, OH; shift schedule: Friday-Monday, 10:00 pm-8:30 am; potential overtime needs.
