Role: Clinical Laboratory Technologist responsible for performing and overseeing routine and complex testing procedures in a high-volume clinical lab setting. Objectives include ensuring specimen acceptability, troubleshooting instrumentation, maintaining quality control, and delivering accurate test results to support patient care. Responsibilities encompass specimen processing, reagent testing, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 1+ year of clinical testing experience or MLS certification; ASCP or AMT certification. Preferred: 3+ months of additional testing experience. Skills include proficiency with laboratory information systems, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
