Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Core Lab

Role: Laboratory Technologist Trainee responsible for specimen evaluation, performing routine and complex testing, troubleshooting instrumentation, and ensuring quality control in a clinical lab setting. Objectives: deliver accurate test results to support patient care. Responsibilities include specimen acceptance, reagent testing, equipment maintenance, and assisting with specimen processing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology field; plus 3+ months of clinical testing experience preferred. Certifications such as ASCP or AMT are advantageous. High-value: entry-level to early-career role supporting diagnostic testing, with full training provided. Work setup: Dublin, OH; Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays; flexible shifts and overtime possible.
