Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Chemistry

Role: Laboratory Technologist responsible for specimen testing and technical procedures to support diagnostic services. Responsibilities include specimen acceptance, performing routine and complex tests, troubleshooting instrumentation, preparing reagents, reporting accurate results, maintaining quality control, and ensuring safety. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical, Biological Science, or Medical Technology; FL Chemistry MT license; 3+ months clinical lab experience preferred; ASCP or AMT certification advantageous. High-value: clinical laboratory testing, high-volume environment, routine and complex procedures, laboratory information systems. Work setup: on-site in Tampa, FL, Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm; flexibility for overtime and other shifts.
