Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Role: Technologist Trainee responsible for performing routine and complex laboratory testing procedures, monitoring instrumentation, and ensuring quality control to deliver accurate patient results. Responsibilities: evaluate specimen acceptability, operate and troubleshoot lab equipment, prepare reagents, assist with specimen processing, and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; proficiency with lab information systems; attention to detail; ability to work independently and within a team; pass a color blindness test; flexibility for shift work. Preferred: 3+ months of clinical lab experience; ASCP or AMT certification.
