Requirements: Bachelorβs in a Biological or Chemical science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; Microbiology MT license in Florida; proficiency with lab information systems; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team; pass a color blindness test; flexibility for shift variations. Preferred: 3+ months clinical testing experience; ASCP or AMT certification; familiarity with CLIA standards and high-throughput lab environments.
