Role: Clinical Laboratory Professional responsible for specimen evaluation, performing routine and complex testing procedures, troubleshooting instrumentation, and ensuring quality control to deliver accurate patient results. Responsibilities include specimen acceptability assessments, reagent testing, preventive maintenance, and supporting specimen processing, within a high-volume clinical lab setting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; at least 1 year of laboratory testing experience or MLS certification; proficiency with lab information systems, computers, and attention to detail. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification. High-value: high-volume clinical diagnostics, laboratory testing, specimen handling, quality assurance, and instrumentation troubleshooting. Work setup: full-time night shift, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays; flexible overtime possible.
