Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Role: Clinical Laboratory Professional responsible for specimen testing, troubleshooting, and quality control at Labcorp's Middelburg, FL location. Objectives: ensure accurate, timely test results to support patient care. Responsibilities: perform routine and complex testing, monitor instrumentation, prepare reagents, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's in a Chemical or Biological Science, Medical Technology, or Clinical Laboratory Science; 1+ year clinical lab experience or MLS degree; FL Medical Technologist license. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification. High-value: high-volume clinical lab environment, performing diagnostic testing with a focus on quality and safety; working on evening shift (8:00 PM–8:00 AM), including weekends; proficiency with lab information systems, computer skills, and attention to detail; flexibility for shift changes and overtime.
