Clinical Laboratory Technologist - $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Role: Clinical Laboratory Professional performing routine and complex testing in a high-volume clinical lab setting, ensuring specimen quality, instrument operation, troubleshooting, and accurate reporting of results. Responsibilities: evaluate specimens, perform and document testing procedures, monitor instrumentation, prepare reagents, maintain quality control, assist with specimen processing, and uphold safety standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Medical Technology, or Clinical Laboratory Science, with 1+ years of laboratory testing experience or an MLS degree; ability to work independently and in teams; familiarity with laboratory information systems; strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills; pass a color blindness test; flexibility for shift work and overtime. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification. High-Value: Clinical lab, high-volume production environment, routine and complex testing, specimen evaluation, instrumentation troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
