Role: Laboratory Technician responsible for performing routine and complex testing procedures in a clinical laboratory setting to ensure accurate patient results. Responsibilities include specimen acceptability assessment, instrument operation and troubleshooting, reagent testing, quality control, preventative maintenance, and specimen processing, all within a high-volume environment. Requirements: Associate’s degree in a Biological or Chemical science, or Medical Technology; at least 3 months of lab testing experience or MLT certification; proficiency with laboratory information systems; attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred qualifications include ASCP or AMT certification and familiarity with CLIA standards. High-value: clinical laboratory testing, specimen processing, troubleshooting instrumentation, quality assurance, high-volume lab environment, working with biological samples. Work setup: full-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00 am–1:30 pm; physical requirements and flexibility for overtime or shift changes.
