Role: Clinical Laboratory Team Leader overseeing daily lab operations at Labcorp. Responsibilities: assist with technical procedures, monitor instrumentation, prepare reagents, ensure quality and safety, supervise specimen processing, and support staff training and development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a chemical or biological science, with 4+ years of clinical lab testing experience. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification, 6+ months of supervision experience. High-Value: leadership role in a high-volume clinical diagnostics lab, with emphasis on quality control, specimen acceptability, and technical troubleshooting. Work setup: onsite in Burlington, NC, with a Saturday-Tuesday shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm; flexibility for overtime or alternate shifts.
