Role: Lead operational management of the Core Laboratory automation line at Labcorp's Holyoke, MA facility, focusing on specimen processing, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining the Inpeco TLA system, ensuring quality and compliance, training staff, generating performance reports, and coordinating with engineering for system issues. Qualifications: Associate’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science or related field, with at least 3 years of lab technologist/technician experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, ASCP/AMT certification, familiarity with laboratory automation software, and experience with Inpeco systems. High-Value: Laboratory automation, clinical diagnostics, specimen workflow, GxP compliance, troubleshooting, and quality control. Collaboration with lab staff, engineers, and IT; role reports to supervisory staff. Work setup: On-site in Holyoke, MA, working rotating overnight shifts with 15% shift differential.
