Role: Senior Technologist responsible for performing routine and complex laboratory testing, ensuring specimen quality, and maintaining instrumentation to deliver accurate patient results. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, preparing reagents, conducting quality control, and supporting specimen processing within a high-volume clinical lab setting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 4+ years of lab testing experience; current FL Chemistry MT license. Preferred: ASCP or AMT certification; proficiency with laboratory information systems; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
