Clinical Lab Technologist - $10,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS

Role: Clinical Lab Technologist performing routine and complex testing in a high-volume clinical laboratory setting. Responsibilities: ensure specimen acceptability, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation, perform quality control, prepare reagents, report accurate results, assist with specimen processing, and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Medical Technology, or Clinical Laboratory Science; at least 1 year of clinical testing experience or MLS credential; proficiency with laboratory information systems and computers; attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred: 1+ year of core lab or blood bank experience; ASCP or AMT certification. High-Value: work in a high-volume, production-based environment; shift work (3rd shift, 7 days on/7 days off); ability to pass color blindness test; flexibility for overtime; providing vital diagnostic services with significant impact on patient care. Work setup: onsite at Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital St. Joseph Campus; rotating holiday schedule.
