Clinical Lab Team Leader - Point of Care

Role: Point of Care Clinical Laboratory Team Leader overseeing waived and moderate complexity POC testing at Ascension St. Thomas Midtown, Nashville. Responsibilities: manage testing operations, validate and troubleshoot instrumentation, train and support nursing and clinical staff, ensure compliance with quality standards, monitor quality metrics, and participate in inspections. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a science or medical technology field; Tennessee Medical Laboratory Supervisor License or ability to obtain within 30 days; 5+ years as a Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician; ASCP certification.
