Responsibilities:
- Lead complex imaging deliverables for ~15–25 global clinical trials (early- and late-stage) from planning through closeout.
- Provide day-to-day leadership/oversight of imaging deliverables; develop and oversee imaging strategies.
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders (including imaging vendors/CROs/core labs) to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as primary imaging subject matter expert; develop and advance disease-area expertise and imaging standards/best practices.
- Design and recommend imaging approaches, methodologies, and process improvements; resolve complex imaging challenges.
- Provide operational oversight: imaging processes, methodologies/standards, and author imaging-related documents/deliverables.
- Partner with Quality/Compliance on audits and quality decisions for imaging service providers.
- Provide regulatory-facing imaging expertise for health authority interactions and filings.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, support automation/data-driven work, and represent the company at scientific meetings/forums.
- Maintain GCTO Elevate—Beginner minimum within first 6 months; progress annually.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 10+ years supporting clinical development in pharma/biotech/clinical research.
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging in clinical trials (efficacy/safety) and experience as primary imaging SME.
- Experience authoring/reviewing clinical imaging operational/scientific documents for endpoints/assessments.
- Ability to resolve complex imaging scientific/operational challenges; advance imaging approaches/standards and support regulatory submissions.

Preferred:
- Certification/training in one or more clinical imaging modalities; experience as radiologic technologist or in CRO/core lab/sponsor.
- Vendor/core lab oversight; advising cross-functional teams; emerging tech/quantitative imaging trends; leading initiatives with broad impact.
