Clinical Director, Oncology Early Development

Role: Clinical Director (Principal Scientist) leading clinical research in Early Oncology, overseeing all phases from preclinical to post-licensure. Responsibilities include trial planning, medical oversight, data analysis, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with teams in commercialization, regulatory, statistics, and manufacturing. The role involves engaging with investigators, maintaining scientific expertise, authoring development documents, and managing external research partnerships. Requirements: M.D. or M.D./Ph.D.; minimum 3 years clinical medicine experience; at least 1 year in drug development or biomedical research; strong scientific record and leadership skills. Preferred: Board certification in Oncology, prior clinical research experience, publications.
